Parent Organisation:
Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of University of Dhaka organizes a Biochemistry Olympiad every year. The Olympiad usually takes place in December-March at Curzon Hall of Dhaka University. However, the Biochemistry Olympiad doesn't have any corresponding International Olympiad.

Eligibility Criteria:
This program is designed for Class IX-X/S.S.C./O level & Class XI-XII/H.S.C./A level students.
Level of Exam:
Olympiad will be of 2 days event.
Day 1: Registration of participants. Written examination. Question & answer session.
Day 2: Scientific seminar in the manner of popular science session. Result announcement. Certificate & prize distribution.
Maximum 20 students can register in any category (S.S.C., O level, H.S.C. and A level) from each institution.

Registration Process:
Registration for 8th Biochemistry Olympiad will be started from December 1, 2016 at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Curzon Hall (opposite to High Court), University of Dhaka.
