About International Junior Math Olympiad:
The International Junior Math Olympiad (IJMO) is an international mathematics competition. It is held in different countries across Asian countries. It is held once in a year. IJMO is organized by SASMO in collaboration with the National Mathematical Societies in each Asian country. The target of International Junior Math Olympiad is to identify and encourage potential young math talents in every SASMO participating country and to provide an Asian platform to interact and compete against their worthy opponents. International Junior Math Olympiad is an ideal platform for students to showcase their potential and talent.
International Junior Math Olympiad empowers students with deep logical reasoning and conceptual understanding skills beyond Grade-level. This effectively stretches every applicant’s potential beyond Grade-Level.

Marking Scheme:
There are three sections, each section consisting 10 questions.
- Section A: Questions 1-10, each question carries 2 points.
- Section B: Question 11-20, each question carries 4 points.
- Section C: Question 21-30, each question carries 5 points.
Test Duration- 2hrs
Questions in International Junior Math Olympiad are carefully designed to develop every applicant’s higher level of logical thinking and conceptual understanding skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age of applicant must be from 2yrs to 11 yrs.
- Applicant must have won Gold/Silver awards (individual category) in Singapore and Asian School Math Olympiad (SASMO).
Level of Exam:
Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, Grade 10-11.
